Techdollar is a private credit platform specializing in structured lending secured against equity in frontier technology companies such as Anthropic, SpaceX, and OpenAI. It enables holders of private equity to access capital without selling shares, addressing the slow pace of traditional underwriting in deep tech financing. The platform is intentionally internet-native, structured like a stablecoin for rapid and cost-effective loan issuance.
