what's iExec RLC?
iExec RLC is a blockchain-based open platform that provides a decentralized marketplace for cloud computing resources, including CPU/GPU power, datasets, and applications. It enables providers to monetize their assets securely while users access off-chain computations that are verifiable on-chain, addressing centralization issues in traditional cloud services like AWS. Leveraging Ethereum and technologies such as Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) like Intel SGX and TDX, iExec ensures data confidentiality and tamper-proof execution for applications in AI, DeFi, gaming, and RWAs. Developers can deploy privacy-preserving smart contracts, rent AI models, or process sensitive data without exposure, with the native RLC token facilitating all marketplace transactions.
