what's bright moments?
Bright Moments is an on-chain Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) that specializes in creating in-person NFT minting experiences for generative and AI art. It transforms solitary NFT minting into communal, theatrical events where artists and collectors interact, fostering a sense of community around blockchain art. The project toured ten cities worldwide, including Tokyo, where it hosted nightly minting sessions in a Shibuya skyscraper, personalized gallery experiences in traditional Japanese settings, educational sessions, and AI-focused collections from 11 artists. Over 150 artists participated, resulting in nearly 20,000 on-chain artworks minted by 10,000 CryptoCitizens, all funded through ETH without fiat investment. The Tokyo event highlighted the first live minting dedicated to generative AI art, blurring lines between human and machine creativity.
