what's Zisk?

Zisk is a zero-knowledge virtual machine (zkVM) platform developed to enhance the capabilities of blockchain applications through advanced cryptographic proofs. Launched by Polygon co-founder Jordi Baylina, it focuses on providing developers with tools for scalable, privacy-preserving computations. By integrating zero-knowledge proofs, Zisk enables efficient verification of complex programs without revealing underlying data, making it suitable for applications in decentralized finance, gaming, and identity solutions. The platform builds on existing zkVM architectures but introduces optimizations for performance and interoperability across layer-1 and layer-2 networks. Developers can compile high-level languages into zkVM-compatible circuits, allowing for rapid prototyping and deployment of provable computations. Zisk's quantum-resistant features further ensure long-term security against emerging computational threats, positioning it as a forward-looking infrastructure in the evolving ZK ecosystem.
