what's Zano?
Zano is an open-source, privacy-focused blockchain platform engineered for enterprise-grade privacy, security, and scalability. It employs a hybrid Proof-of-Work (PoW) and Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism, combining the security of PoW with the efficiency of PoS to enhance decentralization and resistance to attacks. Transactions are private by default using advanced cryptographic techniques like ring signatures, stealth addresses, and Bulletproofs. The ecosystem supports confidential assets, allowing users to create privacy-preserving tokens and stablecoins such as fUSD.
