The scheme functioned as a classic Ponzi through a sophisticated multi-layered on-chain infrastructure: eight generations of collection hot wallets for deposits, intermediate pass-through addresses, paired payout channels with rapid handoffs, and outflows to centralized exchange hot wallets via single-use addresses. Over 16 months from October 2024 to February 2026, it processed approximately $1.6 billion in TRON USDT volume before collapsing amid regulatory warnings.
