what's Starmark?

Starmark is a decentralized open message network designed as the inbox and information feed for the Web3 era. It operates as a planetary-scale, unstoppable protocol using a Layer 1 blockchain-native messaging solution that enables peer-to-peer communication with all value on-chain.
