what's Seal?

Seal is a decentralized secrets management protocol built on the Sui blockchain, enabling programmable privacy through on-chain encryption, threshold decryption, and access control for sensitive data. It allows developers to store encrypted content off-chain (e.g., via Walrus Protocol) while enforcing access policies directly in smart contracts, supporting use cases like token-gated content, confidential AI data, and secure multi-signature accounts.
