Rouletter is an experimental on-chain casino game on the Base network. Users send ETH or USDC to the ENS address rouletter.eth, where a 5% fee is deducted from the deposit. The remaining funds are automatically swapped into 2-7 randomly selected promising tokens from the Base ecosystem and airdropped directly back to the sender's wallet, creating a high-risk gambling mechanic powered by on-chain randomness and automation. The project is associated with the $RLTR token, which enables planned utilities like staking to earn a share of captured fees and burning mechanisms for deflationary pressure.
