what's RightUp?

RightUp is the world’s first Web3 Initial Rights Offering (IRO) platform built on the Solana blockchain. It introduces a novel token distribution framework that leverages semi-fungible tokens (SFTs) based on Solana’s Token-2022 standard. These SFTs function as tradable options, granting holders the right to purchase project tokens at a fixed exercise price within a configurable window (e.g., 30–90 days), eliminating the need for upfront capital and mitigating volatility risks associated with traditional ICOs, IDOs, and airdrops. The platform uses cryptographically secure on-chain random draws for fair SFT allocation, ensuring transparency without time-based competition. Smart contracts, developed in Rust using the Anchor framework, enable efficient execution on Solana’s high-throughput network (65,000 TPS, low ~$0.0015 fees). SFTs can be held, traded on NFT marketplaces like Magic Eden, or exercised for tokens, promoting flexibility, capital efficiency, and price stability.
