what's Riftstorm?
Riftstorm is a multiplayer co-op top-down looter-shooter roguelite game set in the Occultical universe, where players control elite secret agents known as Weavers from the Mythic Protocol. Players embark on 3-player missions against otherworldly mythic monsters, collecting loot, using in-mission upgrades, and dismantling weapons for resources to craft new ones. Distinct Weaver skills combine with various weaponry for diverse playstyles, supporting solo or co-op modes. Integrated into Confiction Labs' Portal platform, Riftstorm enables players to earn Protocol Points through gameplay and ecosystem tasks, redeemable for rewards like exclusive skins and in-game items. It features web3 mechanics such as wrap/unwrap for assets, NFT collections like XPSR for unique access and goodies, and deployment on chains like Arbitrum and Xai, blending traditional gaming with blockchain rewards.
