REP00

what's REP?

REP is a user-first, privacy-preserving trust engine designed for the AI internet, focusing on verifiable on-chain reputation for AI agents and bots. In an era where bots drive 71% of DeFi volume and consume significant blockspace, REP addresses the trust gap by composing on-chain history—such as trades, repayments, and liquidations—into reputation scores. This enables undercollateralized access, reducing dead capital in lending protocols (e.g., from 150% collateral to risk-adjusted rates based on track record). Leveraging standards like ERC-8004 for identity, reputation, and validation registries, REP integrates ZK proofs for privacy while ensuring scores are tamper-proof and composable across chains. It differentiates reputation (what you've done) from identity (who you are), supporting agent-native accounts on platforms like Base and fostering trust in autonomous transactions without centralized KYC.
