what's RAAC?
RAAC is a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol designed to integrate real-world assets (RWAs), starting with real estate and gold, into on-chain lending and borrowing ecosystems. It enables users to tokenize physical assets like properties, use them as collateral for loans, and participate in composable DeFi activities with enhanced capital efficiency and stability. The platform operates through mechanisms such as gold-backed stablecoins like pmUSD for liquidity provision and bonding, audited smart contracts for security, and incentive programs including points systems and NFT multipliers (e.g., RAAC Bots) to bootstrap adoption. Users can supply stablecoins via bonds to earn rewards, LP assets for multipliers, and engage in RWA-backed lending without traditional intermediaries.
