what's Qivalis?

Qivalis is an Amsterdam-based entity established as a joint venture by a consortium of major European banks to issue a euro-pegged stablecoin compliant with the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). The stablecoin aims to enable trusted digital transactions on blockchain networks, support programmable payments, and foster new digital ecosystems, operating under the supervision of the Dutch Central Bank.
