what's PreStocks?
PreStocks is a decentralized platform built on Solana that tokenizes exposure to pre-IPO companies, enabling users to trade synthetic shares of private market leaders such as SpaceX, OpenAI, xAI, Anduril, Anthropic, Neuralink, Kraken, Discord, Epic Games, and Perplexity AI. Tokens are backed by Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) holdings and traded 24/7 via Jupiter DEX aggregator without KYC requirements or accredited investor status. Liquidity is provided through Meteora's decentralized liquidity market maker (DLMM) pools, minimizing slippage and democratizing access to high-growth private equity within DeFi.
