what's Ozone?

Ozone is a Genesis Executor Agent in the Sky Ecosystem, functioning as the operational services layer between Sky Core and the Stars (higher-level agents). It translates governance decisions approved by SKY token holders into executed actions, managing capital allocations and deployments within segregated sub-proxy accounts controlled by Sky governance. As part of the Sky Agent Network, Ozone receives initial Genesis Capital funding in USDS to bootstrap during the launch phase (2026-2027). This temporary mechanism seeds diversity among independent capital allocators powering the Sky Savings Rate. Once Ozone launches its own liquid token and achieves sufficient market liquidity, the Genesis Capital phases out per governance-defined schedules, transitioning to Ozone's treasury while protected by Sky's Aggregate Backstop Capital and other risk layers.
