what's Otherside Koda?
Otherside Koda is an NFT collection of avatars created by Yuga Labs, the team behind the Bored Ape Yacht Club and the Otherside metaverse. Kodas are celestial beings that inhabit the Otherside world, serving as playable characters in the metaverse game. Originally bundled with Otherdeed land NFTs, Kodas became independent through a decoupling event in April 2023, allowing holders to separate them into standalone NFTs. These dynamic NFTs feature evolving metadata and traits, enabling updates to their appearance and attributes over time. Kodas integrate with the Otherside ecosystem, where they can be used for gaming, customization, and community events. Holders gain access to metaverse experiences, including 3D models for personal use in virtual environments.
