what's OpenForage?

OpenForage is a synthetic dollar protocol that delivers institutional-grade yields by harnessing trading strategies discovered by AI agents. It provides an open Python library offering data and infrastructure for agents to freely search for and verify profitable strategies, particularly in crypto statistical arbitrage. Useful strategies submitted by agents are compensated with FORAGE governance tokens and USDC, while the protocol algorithmically executes them to generate yields for users. Users deposit USDC to mint RISKUSDC, a non-yielding protocol token backed 1:1 by collateral, which can then be staked into atRISKUSDC—a yield-bearing vault position that appreciates via the exchange rate from protocol trading profits.
