what's Normies?

Normies is a collection of 10,000 unique, fully on-chain generative monochrome pixel art faces on Ethereum. Each Normie is a 40x40 bitmap (1,600 pixels) of types including Humans, Cats, Aliens, and Agents, generated using AI during minting and stored permanently on-chain as SVG-rendered artwork via efficient compression like SSTORE2 and RLE. The project emphasizes interoperability and composability with all pixel data accessible on-chain, enabling community tools, apps, and games built on its API. Released under CC0 license, Normies supports open creation without restrictions. Upcoming mechanics include NormieCANVAS, where holders burn Normies to redistribute pixels for editing and leveling up PFPs (affecting rarity), with delegation to artists/contracts; and NormieARENA for on-chain PvP battles where Normies compete and steal pixels.
