what's NULLA?
NULLA is a Layer-1 blockchain project built on Solana, focusing on privacy through homomorphic encryption. It enables secure, private transactions and computations without revealing underlying data, positioning itself as a privacy-first infrastructure for decentralized applications. The project incorporates features like stealth addresses, nullifiers, zero-knowledge proofs, and a dedicated wallet structure to ensure user privacy at the chain level. Recent developments include a desktop application and an updated whitepaper outlining its architecture for private payments and testnet implementation.
NULLA features a three-layered architecture: NullaNet, Proof Hub (ZKPs), and AppChains (private balances).

Organized architecture into three separate layers: NullaNet (coordination and relay layer handling validator sets, governance, and system-level security), Proof Hub (system parachain serving as cryptographic core that verifies zero-knowledge proofs, enforces nullifier uniqueness, and maintains global Merkle root), and AppChains (provider-operated parachains managing asset registries, marketplaces, settlement rules, and compliance gating with private balances by default).
A homomorphic encryption chat application is being built as the first app on the chain.
The NullaScan L1 explorer launches this week.
The token experiences increased on-chain volume and gets acquired by traders as part of trending SOL plays.
Testnet is now live and operational.
