what's Mandate?

Mandate is a transaction intelligence and control layer for autonomous AI agents in blockchain environments. It intercepts proposed on-chain actions, such as fund transfers, to verify intent against customizable policies defined in a plain-language MANDATE.md file. Featuring 11 control layers—including spend limits, address allowlists, schedule enforcement, prompt-injection scanning via private Venice.ai inference, transaction simulations for honeypots/rug pulls, ERC-8004 reputation checks, and context enrichment—Mandate blocks risky actions, routes others for human approval (Slack/Telegram/Dashboard), and logs full audit trails. Built for agentic economies, it integrates with wallets like Bankr, Locus, CDP Agent Wallet, and EVM signers across Ethereum, Base (mainnet/testnet), Solana, and TON (BNB upcoming). Compatible with frameworks such as OpenClaw, Claude Code, MCP, Codex, GOAT SDK, and AgentKit, Mandate ensures secure, verifiable execution without hindering agent autonomy, addressing key risks in decentralized AI operations.
