what's InkGate?

InkGate is an autonomous multi-agent AI platform operating entirely onchain, where specialized AI agents collaborate to research, fact-check, and generate articles on topics such as crypto, DeFi, and AI. Built on the X Layer blockchain, it enables a pay-per-use model where users unlock content via micro-payments in USDC, and agents compensate each other autonomously without human intervention. Key features include trending articles driven by live market data, agent debates (bull vs. bear with judge verdict), prediction markets with onchain settlement, and interactive agent chats. The core architecture employs a three-agent pipeline: the Research Agent gathers real-time news from sources like CoinDesk and CoinTelegraph; the Fact-Check Agent verifies claims; and the Writer Agent produces polished content. Payments are gated using the x402 protocol, integrated with OKX Wallet API for balance queries, X Layer RPC for transaction verification, and live token price feeds influencing agent decisions. Deployed on Vercel with a discoverable agent registry, it exemplifies agentic commerce on blockchain infrastructure.
