Grails is an open-source marketplace and management platform for Ethereum Name Service (ENS) domains on Ethereum mainnet. It supports listing and buying .eth names, making and accepting offers, private messaging, public comments, broker incentives, full ENS profile integration (avatars, headers), EFP support, Ethereum sign-in, and multi-account tools. Additional utilities include bulk domain renewals/extensions with 0% platform fees, fostering efficient ENS trading and ownership management.
