what's Galactica Network?

Galactica Network is a Web3 identity protocol and blockchain infrastructure that enables persistent, privacy-preserving digital identities called "souls." It introduces the Identity Virtual Machine (IVM), an omni-chain system designed to unlock utility for identity primitives by treating social capital similarly to how DeFi has transformed financial capital. This supports applications in reputation-augmented DeFi, compliant privacy solutions, decentralized social (DeSoc) and SocialFi, as well as regulated financial instruments.
