what's DigiFT?
DigiFT is a regulated decentralized finance (DeFi) exchange specializing in on-chain real-world assets (RWA). Established in 2021 and licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Recognised Market Operator with Capital Markets Services approval, it operates on public blockchains like Ethereum to facilitate primary market origination, distribution, and secondary trading of tokenized assets. These asset-backed tokens represent digital assets as well as real-world assets such as bonds, equities, and units in collective investment schemes. DigiFT ensures liquidity via mechanisms including an innovative Automated Market Maker (AMM), bridging traditional capital markets with blockchain technology for tokenized securities and structured products.
