what's Bagel?

Bagel is a privacy-preserving payroll protocol on Solana designed for confidential, compliant salary payments and streaming. Employers register on-chain with wallet screening via Range's risk & compliance API. Confidential USDBagel tokens are minted using Inco Network's private token programs to obscure company treasury balances and individual employee payouts from the public ledger. Payroll calculations execute in real-time within MagicBlock's Private Ephemeral Rollups using Trusted Execution Environments (TEE), ensuring sensitive transaction details remain hidden. Helius APIs and Orb's AI provide verification without privacy leaks. Built in 15 days for the Solana Privacy Hackathon (2nd place), it's live on devnet as a demo dapp at bagel-phi.vercel.app with open-source code on GitHub.
