what's Angle Protocol?
Angle Protocol is a decentralized stablecoin platform that issues overcollateralized stablecoins pegged to fiat currencies, such as agEUR for the Euro and USDA for the USD. Users mint these stablecoins by depositing collateral into protocol-managed smart contracts, with mechanisms ensuring peg stability through capital-efficient collateralization and automated adjustments. The protocol supports yield generation for stablecoin holders and enables borrowing with low liquidation risks across multiple blockchains. Governance is handled via the ANGLE token, allowing community participation in protocol decisions and upgrades.
