what's Agent Credit?

Agent Credit is the first open-source credit line toolkit designed specifically for AI agents. It enables autonomous borrowing and repayment on Aave lending pools across EVM-compatible chains including Base, Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum. Using Aave's credit delegation mechanism, a human delegator supplies collateral to generate borrowing power and approves specific limits for assets like USDC or WETH via the VariableDebtToken contract. The agent then executes borrows and repays using lightweight shell scripts (aave-borrow.sh, aave-repay.sh) powered by Foundry's cast tool, with built-in safety checks for delegation allowances, health factors, gas balance, and per-transaction caps. All debt accrues transparently on the delegator's position, revocable instantly by reducing allowance to zero.
