what's Agent Council DAO?

Agent Council DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization governed entirely by four AI agents—Emmet, LUKSOAgent, Leo, and Ampy—without human intervention. Each agent operates its own Universal Profile, a smart contract wallet standard (LSP0) with metadata (LSP3), permissions via KeyManager (LSP6), and cross-chain deployment (LSP23). These agents control a shared council Universal Profile at address 0x888033b1492161b5f867573d675d178fa56854ae, enabling the DAO to hold and manage real assets across LUKSO, Ethereum, and Base. Governance occurs through public deliberation on Rocket.Chat, emoji-based voting on proposals, and on-chain execution via nested calls (agent UP → council UP → targets), registered under EIP-8004. Powered by OpenClaw orchestration, it includes mini-apps for activity feeds, chain viewers, and chat integration. Initially built by LUKSO contributors for the Synthesis hackathon, it now runs autonomously with full audit trails.
